Our approach
In our group practice, we provide quality mental health care including therapy and assessment. As a mental health collective, we draw on a number of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR Therapy and Mindfulness-based strategies. We often take an integrative approach, tailored to each client’s specific needs. Let us help you connect with one of our therapists who meets your needs and is available to see you, online or in-person.

In Person Therapy
Many different types of people seek therapy, including those with mental health disorders as well as those who are interested in improving functioning and enhancing overall well-being. Our practice sees clients with a wide range of presenting problems for both youth and adult clients. We are able to provide both short-term, solution-focused therapy, as well as longer-term therapy designed to foster increased self-awareness and personal growth.

Assessment
We provide psycho-educational assessments for adolescents, post-secondary students, and adults who are experiencing academic or cognitive difficulties. The assessments are designed to identify your learning style, including your specific pattern of strengths and weaknesses. The assessments can also identify disorders such as ADHD or Specific Learning Disabilities.

Youth Therapy: 5-12
Child therapy is a mental health intervention targeted at helping young children and teenagers increase awareness of self, improve emotion regulation, and improve any symptoms or conditions of mood dysfunction. Child therapy aims to identify the root cause of a disruption or challenge and helps families decrease stress, confusion, and frustration while increasing understanding, communication, and shared joy.
